Limited (KPPL) is promoted by one of the leading Business groups in
India having turnover of Rs.200 million at present, which is expected
to reach Rs.500 million in a year’s time. They started their first
converting Unit over 10 years back in Delhi and meeting packaging
requirements of a variety of Industries. Seeing the phenomenal growth
of the flexible packaging industry, the group has started a most modern
converting Unit in Haridwar Industrial Area, which is only 200 KMs from
Delhi. We deal in Printed Flexible Laminates, Rolls, Laminate Pouches, Shrink Sleeves,
Soap Wrappers, Three Sealed Pouches, Centre Sealed Pouches, Extrusion
Coating, Co-extruded Polyfilm, PVC Shrink Sleeves, Gusset Pouches,
Extrusion Coating and Co-extruded Polyfilm.
The KPPL has installed capacity of about 6000 MTPA laminate to start
with and with the next phase of expansion will make it the largest and
the best functional Converting Unit the State. The audit process is in
progress for ISO & HACCP certification and the certificates are
expected shortly.

Plant and Infrastructure
- Nine Colour Rotogravure super fast Printing Machine : One no. (2nd being finalized).
These machines are with computerized fully automatic attachments like Auto Registration, Auto tension controls, auto web guide systems, and ink circulation pumps, pneumatically
operated special wiping doctor blade mechanism and pressure rolls,
with automatic loading and unloading system for continuous and
undisturbed printing.
- Lamination
Machines: 2 Nos. (including one solvent less lamination Machine).
These
machines have extended drying tunnel and pneumatically operated
hoods, doctor blade mechanism and pressure rolls to ensure smooth and
odor-free lamination. In addition to these, we have one of the latest
Solvent less Lamination machines, which are used for lamination
of all food-packaging materials.
- Slitting/ Winding/ Inspection machines: 5 Nos.
The slitting machines are fully equipped with auto tension control
system and auto web control attachments with web viewing screens to
check the print quality.
- Pouching Machines: One No. with Stand up, Zipper & gusset pouching facility.
This machine is capable of producing over one-lac pouches per day with center or side seal with or without gusset and zipper.
- Co-extruded multi-layer films are made on DGP Windsor
We have one of the latest DGP Windsor Plants (A Khune Gambh West
Germany Technology). This Plant has state-of-the-art features to
produce the finest co-extruded films of unmatched quality.
- PVC Shrink sleeve manufacturing machine & Hot melt & wax Coating Machine
We are in process of finalization of these machines, which are expected to be in operation by end 2006.
- Test Laboratory
Our laboratory is well equipped with complete range of testing equipments required for flexible laminates & pouches.
To keep the consistency at all levels of production, the machines and equipments are calibrated every three months.
On line quality check is done right from the receipt of raw material
through different stages of production, till the final dispatch of
finished goods. Appropriate quality certificates issued with details
like GSM, odour test, GLC report, etc. with every consignment.
